Our daughter Samantha has been taking virtual piano lessons with Lee for the past four years, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. We live in Tuckahoe, NY, and even though the lessons are online, Lee’s connection and dedication make it feel as personal and engaging as if we were in person.

As a child with special needs, our daughter learns in a unique way, and Lee has shown extraordinary patience, creativity, and understanding. JD has been an absolute blessing to our family. He teaches my son Gregory, who has special needs, both drums and piano – and I can honestly say we couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. JD is incredibly patient, flexible, and understanding. His approach is gentle yet effective, and he truly meets Gregory where he is, encouraging him in every step of his musical journey.

Erik is a joy to work with.  His demeanor and warmth are incredibly engaging.  His instructional methods utilize colored rings to show the correct keys on the piano while teaching to read music.  He works with a students' interest to work on material that is motivating to the student.  My son wanted to play Beethoven, and he is playing Beethoven, nearly as a beginner.  We have been incredibly happy with Erik and with MusicLee Inclined!

As a parent, I’m so grateful for the growth and joy my daughter has experienced through her lessons with “Mr. Lee”,Occupational Octives and the Stockner Method. In just a year, piano has become more than a fight for her to take lessons, it’s been a confidence-building journey that meets my daughter where she is. The method breaks music into approachable, engaging steps that make learning easy and fun. It has taken something that once felt overwhelming for her into something she looks forward to each week. Beyond piano skills, this program has helped to strengthen her focus, coordination, and created a genuine love of music. Lee has worked with my now 5 year old son for almost a year. He is such a professional and has excellent instructional control which makes the 30 minute weekly lesson packed with learning. My son looks forward to the lessons and Lee has a way of being firm yet very motivating. I am so happy working with Lee. He comes to the home and is flexible with scheduling. Lee is very responsive and devoted to getting the best out of every student. The program he has developed is very intuitive and my son has taken to it very naturally. I am grateful Lee is his piano instructor and would highly recommend him. 

My family has had the pleasure of working with both Lee as well as JD for personal piano lessons in our home in Great Neck.  The lessons were initially recommended for my now 7 year old daughter who is diagnosed with ASD.  Lee was warm and friendly and accomodating.  He took the time to get to know my daughter, Hannah, and her specific needs, thinking through the best teacher to pair her with.  We started our lessons with JD and Hannah just took so beautifully to piano playing.  The course work is designed to be a no-fail experience, and truly exposes the student to fun in music! Putting on her color rings on her fingers became a transitional moment she would look forward to and would provide her the right mindset to focus on playing.  JD was patient and kind; a truly gentle spirit and Hannah immediately took to him, building a really nice relationship where she looked forward to playing the piano.  Eventually JD moved onto other ventures and we are currently working with Lee who is nothing short of genius.  He has a gentle but firm manner which provides Hannah with the direction she needs during her lessons.  She trusts him and he knows how much to push her in any particular session.   For the past year or so, we have started including lessons for our neurotypical daughter, Audrey, who is really loving learning how to play.  My husband and I are looking forward to seeing the sister play a duet sometime soon!
